- - 100 gr. parmesan;
- - a pinch of garlic powder;
- - 1/4 tsp coarse salt;
- - 2 teaspoons of olive oil;
- - 20 gr. grated cheddar cheese;
- - 60 ml heavy whipping cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, but do not peel them. We make cuts in each potato with an interval of about 5 mm.

Step 2
Cut the butter and parmesan into slices, put them alternately in the cuts in the potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.

We bake the potatoes for 45-55 minutes (depending on the size), then take out, pour with cream and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
