  • For filling:
  • - 250 grams of minced pork;
  • - 250 grams of ground beef;
  • - 500 grams of fresh white cabbage;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Knead the dough. Pour milk into a large bowl and dilute yeast in it. Then add the egg, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Stir all the ingredients well and, while stirring, gradually add the flour. As soon as the dough begins to lag behind your hands, roll it into a ball and put it in a warm place for a couple of hours, covering it with a towel.

In the meantime, get busy making the pie filling. Peel and finely chop the onions. Chop the cabbage thinly. Fry the onion in a skillet with heated vegetable oil. Then add the cabbage and sauté for a few more minutes. In a separate skillet, fry the pork / ground beef mixture in vegetable oil. Combine meat and vegetables, salt and pepper.

When the dough comes up, roll out a rectangular layer from it. Cut uneven edges with a dough cutter or knife. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and gently transfer the rolled dough onto it.

Step 4

Place the filling in the middle of the layer and give it an oblong crocodile body shape. Starting at the corners of the bed, cut the dough down to the filling (you should get strips about 3 centimeters wide). Cover the filling with overlapping strips of dough. Blind the crocodile's tail from the bottom of the layer, and a head with nostrils from the top. With the help of kitchen scissors, make the "predator" legs, eyes and fangs from the remains of the dough, give the "skin" tuberosity.
