Instructions

Step 1

Rinse all vegetables and pat dry on a paper towel. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds, cut into strips. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin, peel the carrots and onions. Cut the tomatoes and carrots into cubes and the onions into strips. Peel and chop the garlic.

Cut the lemon into 4 parts, prepare tea bags.
