It is necessary

- - minced meat 0.5 kg;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - pickled cucumber 1 pc.;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - flour 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - Provencal herbs 0.5 teaspoon;
- - vegetable oil;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash, boil until tender in salted water. Mash the finished potatoes until puree, add the egg and flour. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Peel and wash onions and carrots. Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onions and carrots until golden brown. Then add the minced meat, fry for 10-12 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 3
Grate the cucumber on a fine grater, add to the finished minced meat, mix. Salt, pepper, add Provencal herbs.
Step 4
Spread cling film on the table. Put the potato mass on it, flatten it to make a rectangle. Spread the meat filling evenly on top. Roll the roll with plastic wrap. Transfer the roll to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
