Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 2 pcs;
  • Soy sauce - 150 ml;
  • Grain mustard - 2 tsp;
  • White pepper;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Eggplant - 1 pc;
  • Young zucchini - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken breast and separate the fillet from the bones. Cut across into thin long plates, fold into a deep plate. The knife must be sharp, otherwise the breast will tear.
  2. To make a marinade: Mix 150 ml of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of mustard seeds and white pepper. There is no need to add salt as the soy sauce contains a sufficient amount of salt.
  3. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic into a plate with chicken and pour over the prepared marinade. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands, close the lid and put in the refrigerator.
  4. While the chicken breast is marinating, you can prepare a side dish. Grilled vegetables work best with the breast. For cooking, one young zucchini is taken, peeled and cut lengthwise into thin plates up to 1 centimeter thick. Do the same with the eggplant.
  5. Sprinkle vegetables with salt and pepper to taste and place in a grill pan without adding oil. When preparing any dishes without oil, the best option is to use a grill pan, all dishes on it turn out to be very juicy and not greasy. Fry vegetables until light transparency appears.
  6. After a couple of hours, the chicken breast can be taken out of the refrigerator, it should be well marinated. The mustard will soften the meat, while the soy sauce will add a savory sweet and sour taste.
  7. Place chicken plates in a clean grill pan with a fork and fry very quickly on both sides. You need to fry for a maximum of 2-3 minutes on each side, then the breast does not have time to dry out and retains the juice.
  8. Put the fried meat and vegetables on a plate.
