Nutritionists recommend including cottage cheese in a person's diet every day. Cottage cheese is rich in protein, amino acids, calcium and phosphorus. It is good for people of all ages, but especially for pregnant women and children. Various dishes are prepared from cottage cheese. Delicious treats are obtained from cottage cheese, which can be served for dessert.

Instructions
Step 1
We take cottage cheese 18% fat. Fold the gauze in half. Wrap the curd in cheesecloth and wring out excess water with your hands. Take a sieve and rub the curd through a sieve. You can use a meat grinder and scroll the cottage cheese through the meat grinder 2-3 times.
Step 2
Combine sour cream with a fat content of 20% with cottage cheese. Take a mixer and beat thoroughly. Add softened butter and vanillin to cottage cheese and sour cream. Beat again until everything turns into a fluffy mass.
Step 3
Take chilled eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites and gradually add a small amount of sugar. Grind the yolks thoroughly.
Step 4
Combine the curd mass with the yolks and whipped whites. Mix everything and put on a small fire. Stir gently with a wooden spoon at all times. As soon as the mass boils, turn off the heat. Cool the mass slightly.
Step 5
Put the mass in the form of a log, smearing the cottage cheese with jam. You can wrap the log in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Decorate with chopped nuts and apply thin stripes with jam on top.
