Chocolate cake is perfect both for treating guests and for homemade tea with a family.

Ingredients:
- Cakes - 2 pcs;
- White chocolate - 50 g;
- Dark chocolate-50 g;
- Egg - 4 pcs;
- Sugar - 50 g;
- Butter - 100 g;
- Flour - 100 g;
- Baking dough - 1 tsp
Ingredients for impregnation:
- Sugar - 70 g;
- Water - 100 ml;
- Liqueur or cognac - 50 g.
Ingredients for the cream:

- Butter - 100 g;
- Sugar - 100 g;
- Condensed milk (optional) - 100 g.
Preparation:
- First, you should prepare the cream for the cake, or rather the base for the meringue cream itself. Beat the whites together with the sugar until a sweet foam appears using a mixer or a whisk.
- Then grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil and evenly distribute the contents, put in the oven.
- Next comes the preparation of the cakes: white and dark chocolate must be melted in a water bath. While they are heating, you need to mix the eggs with sugar and butter.
- Add melted chocolate, baking powder and flour to the mixture. Place in the oven and bake for half an hour.
- Let's take up the preparation of the impregnation: heat the water, add sugar, stand for half a minute. Then remove from heat, add liqueur or brandy, mix everything. Beat the condensed milk with butter, add the previously chopped meringue to the mass, mix.
- The cake, which eventually turned out, should be cut into two halves. Grease one part of the cake with cream, let it soak, and cover with a second shelf on top. Allow to harden in a cold place for five or six hours.
- Use chocolate cream and meringue for decoration. If you want to make the cake even more original, then you can put berries or sweet figurines for cakes on top.
