It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 3 tbsp. flax flour
- - 1 glass of milk
- - 1 banana
- - 1 tbsp. honey
- - juice of half an orange
- - 1 apple
- - flax seeds for decoration
Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring a glass of milk to a boil. Pour in flaxseed flour in a thin stream, stirring continuously so that there are no lumps, and boil for 30 seconds. If lumps are still formed - it does not matter, we will still beat the mixture later. Remove mass from heat, cool.
Step 2
Peel the apple and banana, cut into small pieces and grind with a blender with the addition of honey and orange juice.
Step 3
Add boiled flax to fruit and honey, mix everything until smooth with a blender. Arrange in bowls and, covered with cling film, send to the refrigerator before serving. Sprinkle with flax seeds just before serving. Bon Appetit!
