Celery is an incredibly healthy product. But not everyone loves it because of its specific taste. I suggest serving celery with Roquefort cream. The dish turns out to be incredibly tasty and no less healthy.
It is necessary
- - celery root - 1 pc.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - Roquefort cheese - 200 g;
- - green onions - 20 g;
- - sour cream - 6 tbsp. l.;
- - dry white wine - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - toast bread - 6 pcs.;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the celery root and cook in salted water (boil time about 5 minutes). Remove the finished root from the water and cool.
Step 2
Cut the celery into thin strips, place in a bowl and top with lemon juice. Leave it on for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the green onions into small rings.
Step 4
Mash the Roquefort cheese with a fork, add the onion slices, sour cream, salt and white wine. Mix well.
Step 5
Mix the cheese cream with the celery strips.
Step 6
Fry the toast bread in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cool it down. Spread some cheese mass with celery on each slice of bread, decorate the sandwiches with fresh herbs. A healthy and tasty dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
