This salad turns out to be incredibly tender and delicious. For its filling, as a rule, purchased or homemade mayonnaise is used. But in this recipe, natural yogurt without additives will be used for these purposes.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of ham (or other boiled sausage);
- 5-6 chicken eggs;
- a small bunch of green onions;
- 150 g of white bread (loaf);
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 200 g of yogurt (natural, no additives);
- a small bunch of parsley.
Cooking process
- Boil chicken eggs. To do this, they are washed in running water and dipped in a saucepan of water. After the water boils, it should take 8-10 minutes, after which the eggs can be taken out and immersed in very cold water to cool.
- Remove the crusts from the loaf, and cut the remaining pulp into small pieces. Then they need to be folded in an even layer on a baking sheet and sent to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. They should be there until they are browned. This may take 5 to 7 minutes.
- Cut the ham or other sausage into small cubes. Also, a small piece of semi-smoked sausage, cut into very small pieces, will add just an excellent taste to this salad.
- Eggs should be peeled and cut into small pieces.
- Next, you need to grind the cheese. To do this, cut it with a sharp knife into small enough pieces. If you want the texture of the finished salad to be more tender, then you will need to grind the cheese using a grater.
- Rinse well and finely chop the green onions and parsley.
- After that, all the ingredients are put into a deep container. A little salt and pepper are added to them. Further, all the ingredients are poured with yogurt, which will give this dish that unique delicate taste. The resulting mass must be thoroughly mixed.
- The finished salad must be allowed to brew. After the croutons are soft, it is ready. Next, the cheese salad with crackers is laid out in portioned bowls. You can also put it in a salad bowl in a slide. As a decoration, you can use sprigs of dill and parsley, as well as a boiled egg cut into 4 parts.
