This salad has long been a restaurant classic. By decorating a festive table with it, you will make an exquisite surprise for your guests and loved ones. In addition, the process of making Caesar salad is so simple that it will only bring you joy.

- - chicken breast - 2 pcs;
- - white bread - 200 g;
- - salad - 250 g;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - eggs - 6 pcs;
- - tomato - 1 pc;
- - mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - balsamic vinegar - 1-2 teaspoons;
- - salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle the chicken breast fillet with salt and black pepper and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Then fry in a pan until golden brown. Cut the finished meat into 1-2 cm cubes.
Step 2
Cook eggs for 7 minutes over high heat, they should be hard-boiled. Then let it cool. To cool the eggs quickly, you can place them under cold water. Finely chop two eggs. For the rest, we separate the whites with the yolks and leave the yolks for making the sauce.
Step 3
Cut the bread into 1-1.5 cm cubes and dry in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. To prepare Caesar salad, you can also use ready-made unsweetened crackers.
Step 4
Cooking salad dressing. Knead the boiled yolks with a fork, add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of non-bitter mustard, 1-2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar. Knead the mass thoroughly until smooth. The sauce is ready.
Step 5
Cut the tomato into thin slices. For Caesar salad, you need to take two small tomatoes or one large one. Grate the cheese.
Step 6
We wash the lettuce leaves, clean them of dried edges. Cut into large pieces. Grease a little with sauce and spread on a plate in an even layer.
Step 7
Put chicken slices mixed with tomato slices on top of the salad. Then pour the croutons. Spread the remaining sauce evenly on top. Then sprinkle the salad with grated cheese.
