You can make various interesting dishes from squid carcasses. They can be stuffed with almost everything that is in the refrigerator, but I offer you my own version, tested on friends and colleagues.
It is necessary
- - 1 kilogram of squid carcasses,
- - 500 grams of champignons,
- - 1 onion,
- - 100 grams of walnuts,
- - 1 apple,
- - 100 grams of hard cheese,
- - 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise,
- - 2 teaspoons of sour cream,
- - 2 liters of water,
- - a little sunflower oil for frying,
- - salt to taste,
- - 2-3 sprigs of dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil and salt. Peel and rinse squid carcasses.
Step 2
Dip the squids in boiling water for 3 minutes, then place them under cold water and remove the foil.
Step 3
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. Mix champignons with onions, salt and fry in vegetable oil for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the apple into small pieces, chop the walnuts. Mix the fried and slightly cooled mushrooms with half the cheese, apple and walnuts.
Step 5
Fill tightly with the squid carcass mixture. Place the carcasses in a baking dish, top with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 6
Bake the squid for 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Garnish with herbs before serving.
