- - 250 g cherry jam;
- - 20 g of gelatin;

Grate the cookies. Grind it as thoroughly as possible, try to avoid lumps.

Melt the butter. Then add it to the cookies and stir. You should end up with a thick mixture.

Place the dough into the prepared muffin tins. You can coat both the entire surface of the mold, and only its bottom.

Dissolve gelatin in three teaspoons of hot water. Then mix the resulting mixture with cottage cheese and sour cream. After obtaining a homogeneous mass, add granulated sugar. Fill the muffin tins with this mixture.
Step 5
Bake muffins for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Top the freshly baked muffins with cherry jam.
