Just look how unusual this dish looks: as if a banana was wrapped in a blanket of curd cream and light chocolate biscuit! Children will especially like this dish …
It is necessary
- - eggs - 2 pcs.
- - sugar - 125 g
- - flour - 65 g
- - cocoa - 1, 5 tbsp.
- - banana - 1 pc.
- - cottage cheese (pasty) - 150 g
- - cream 33% - 75 ml
- - dark chocolate - 25 g
- - favorite syrup - 50 ml
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start with a biscuit. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites separately to the peaks, and beat the yolks with half the sugar white. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and add to the yolks. Add cocoa powder to it. Beat again until smooth. Gently combine the egg whites with the yolk-chocolate mixture with a spatula in several steps and sift the flour there, gently kneading with movements from bottom to top. Pour on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 12 minutes. We take it out and roll it up with the paper while still warm - let it cool down.
Step 2
In the meantime, let's get to the cream. Beat the cream with the second half of the sugar. Add cottage cheese and beat again until smooth.
Step 3
Expand the cooled roll. Cut the banana into 3 parts - this will make it more convenient to fold the roll. Lightly soak the biscuit cake with your favorite syrup, apply a layer of cream on it, spread the sliced banana to the edge and fold back. We send it to the refrigerator for a few hours to soak. Bon Appetit!
