- 1 tomato
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 red onions
- 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Step 1
Cook the rice in salted water. Cooking time 20 minutes.

Drain the cooked rice in a colander.

Chop the mushrooms into strips.

Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

Peel and seed the tomato and cut into small pieces.

Add some oil to a preheated wok.

Fry the garlic over high heat for 15-20 seconds.

Add mushrooms to the garlic and stir. Fry for 1 minute.

Add rice to mushrooms and garlic.

Stir continuously and add tomato and onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the fish and soy sauces into the dish.
