Squid azu can be an original addition to any side dish. The dish is very satisfying, and it is prepared in a matter of minutes.
It is necessary
- - 2 pickled cucumbers
- - 2 medium onions
- - 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- - 500 g squid
- - 100 g butter
- - Bay leaf
- - 1 tbsp. l. flour
- - greens
- - peppercorns
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into rings and fry in butter until golden brown. Add some tomato paste and water and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add finely chopped pickles to the contents. Cut the squid into rings, roll in flour and fry separately until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients in one pan, add spices, bay leaf, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Squid azu can be served on the table with mashed potatoes, rice or vegetables. If desired, the dish can be seasoned with sauce and garnished with parsley.
