A sweet dessert in the form of pine cones is perfect for a New Year's or Christmas table. Such a dish will not take much time to prepare, and will delight both adults and children with its fabulous winter look. Chocolate flake cones can also be the perfect decor for birthday cake, cupcakes, brownies, or any other dessert on your table.
It is necessary
- - 3 tbsp. chocolate flakes;
- - unsweetened straws;
- - 0.5 tablespoons of peanut butter;
- - 150 g of Nutella chocolate spread;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 250 g icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients so that they are at your fingertips. Remove the butter from the package and transfer to a small cup. Wait for the butter to soften. Divide the powdered sugar in 2/8 parts. Leave a smaller part to decorate the dessert. Prepare a large flat tray, preferably ceramic or glass, or use a large plate.
Step 2
Add powdered sugar in small portions to softened butter and stir with a fork. Stir the butter and powder mixture until smooth, then add the peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Add Nutella chocolate spread to the mixture and stir again. There should be no lumps in the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Take non-salted straws, cut them neatly into strips seven centimeters long. Place each strip vertically and brush with a cone-shaped mixture, pointed end up. Holding the top of the straw, carefully insert the chocolate flakes into the cone in a circle. It is better to take hard and dense flakes. Stick small pieces of flakes at the very top. Place the buds on a tray and refrigerate for three hours. Garnish with powdered sugar before serving.
