Greek housewives often indulge the family with mouth-watering lucumades donuts. They are served sprinkled with warmed honey or sugar syrup, sprinkled with cinnamon and sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil, cool slightly and combine with yeast. Add salt, sugar and butter. Stir and add flour. Mix with a mixer for 6 minutes. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Separate a small piece of the dough with a spoon dipped in ice water. Use another spoon to round the bite and place it in the boiling oil. Repeat with the rest of the test.
Step 3
Turning over, fry the donuts until golden brown. Then place on a paper towel to drain off excess fat. Drizzle with warmed honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
