An orange pie cooked in a slow cooker always turns out to be lush and tender, its bright color and taste can not leave anyone indifferent, especially citrus lovers.
It is necessary
- - 200 grams of butter;
- - four chicken eggs;
- - a glass of sugar;
- - two oranges;
- - 10 grams of baking powder;
- - two tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - mint (for decoration);
- - two glasses of flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Put softened butter in a deep bowl, add granulated sugar to it and grind everything to a homogeneous consistency (it is necessary for the mass to turn white and become a little thicker).
Step 2
Take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Immediately put the yolks in a bowl to the creamy mass and stir, whisk the whites into a stiff foam (to better whisk the whites, use chilled eggs and add a little salt to them while whisking).
After the whites are whipped, gently mix them with the mashed butter and yolks.
Step 3
Rinse the oranges. Peel one orange and cut into small pieces, chop the other orange with the peel (turn into porridge with a blender).
Toss the oranges into the dough.
Step 4
Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder, then add the mixture to the dough in small portions and stir thoroughly. As a result, the dough should have a consistency like thick sour cream.
Step 5
Transfer the dough to the multicooker bowl (you don't need to grease the bowl, since the dough contains a fairly large amount of butter), set the "baking" mode for 60-70 minutes.
After a while, remove the cake from the multicooker and let it cool slightly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves. Pie with oranges in a slow cooker is ready, you can serve it to the table.
