Many people call this cake sunny. It has a very unusual combination of apples and caramel glaze. Not everyone knows the history of this pie. It is about how two French sisters, who bore the name Taten, decided to cook a cake for an important guest. However, when the sisters were carrying the cake to the guest, it fell, and all they had to do was pick it up and turn it over. Thus, the sisters saved the cake and said that a slightly sloppy look is the "highlight" of the cake. So, thanks to an error, a very tasty cake appeared.

- -Wheat flour - 250 g
- - Peasant oil - 200 g
- -Powdered sugar - 50 g
- -Egg - 1 piece
- -Sugar sand - 130 g
- -Water - 2 tbsp. l.
- - Raisins (cranberries, currants) - 50 g
- -Sweet apples - 0.5 kg

Step 1
Wheat flour must be ground with butter until crumbs form. Add powdered sugar and egg. Knead the dough. Place the finished dough in a cold place for 30 minutes.

Wash the apples, peel and cut into small wedges.

Then you need to prepare the caramel. To do this, melt butter in a saucepan, add water and granulated sugar. It is necessary to cook, stirring constantly, until the sand is completely dissolved. When the sugar dissolves, turn the gas stronger and do not stir until the caramel darkens. Pour caramel into a silicone mold. Sprinkle with raisins and apples.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a layer and cover the apples with it. Bend the edges of the future cake. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown.

Cool the finished pie. Serve it with ice cream or cream.
