Step 1
Add wheat and buckwheat flour to one bowl, mix. Add salt, two beaten eggs and 3 tablespoons to the flour. oils. Mix everything with clean hands until a damp crumb-like mixture is formed. If the dough turns out to be too dry, then add 1 tsp. cold water.

Next, we make the filling. Cut the onion into rings, cut the mushrooms into medium slices and fry in 1 tbsp. olive oil. Let the onion and mushrooms cool a little, and add cottage cheese, an egg and grated cheese on a coarse grater. Then add salt, pepper and finely chopped herbs to the filling.

Lightly grease the cake pan with margarine. Gently spread the finished dough on the bottom and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the filling evenly on the dough.
