It is necessary

    • Ingredients for the dough:
    • 100 g fresh yeast;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 2 glasses of milk;
    • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
    • 250 g margarine;
    • 7-8 cups flour;
    • a pinch of salt.
    • Ingredients for the filling:
    • 300 g of stewed cabbage;
    • 200 g of any mushrooms;
    • 2 onions;
    • salt to taste;
    • pepper to taste;
    • vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, cut it into small cubes.

Step 2

Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil until tender - the onions should become soft and golden.

Step 3

Mash the yeast and sugar.

Step 4

Beat 3 eggs.

Step 5

Heat 2 cups of milk slightly over the fire or in the microwave.

Step 6

Prepare the dough: put yeast and sugar in a deep bowl, pour in 2 cups of warm milk, add beaten eggs, 150g softened margarine. Mix all ingredients well.

Step 7

Add 7-8 cups flour to the dough. Mix well and knead the dough.

Step 8

Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each part into a cake, brush with margarine.

Step 9

Place the tortillas on top of each other and roll them up. Leave the dough at room temperature for 25 minutes.

Step 10

Set aside a piece of dough to decorate the pie. Roll out most of the dough and distribute over a baking dish, having previously greased it with vegetable oil.

Step 11

Place the mushrooms, onions and cabbage on the dough in an even layer. From the remaining pieces of dough, make a "grate" over the mushrooms.

Step 12

Bake the pie in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
