  • - liquor - 4 tablespoons;
  • - Savoyardi cookies - 12 pcs;
  • - any nuts - 2 tablespoons;
  • - water - 5 tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the following ingredients in a blender: powdered sugar, butter, and egg yolk. Beat the resulting mixture until it looks like a cream in its consistency.

In a saucepan, combine the cream and dark chocolate, broken into small wedges, and put on fire. Heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth. As soon as this happens, cool it down, then add to the creamy sugar mass. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and heat slightly. Then add sugar to it and stir it until it is completely dissolved. As soon as this happens, add liquor to the sweet water. Cool the mixture.
