    • 2 large chicken fillets;
    • 20 kernels of walnuts;
    • 2 pickled cucumbers;
    • a bunch of parsley and dill;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • 6 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • salt;
    • vegetable oil for frying.

Step 1

Try cooking chicken in a peanut crust. Wash the chicken fillet, free it from fat and films and cut it in half. Dry the chicken with a paper towel, rub it with salt and sauté it in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil.

Fry the peanuts in a dry skillet until light beige. Pour the nuts into a mortar and mash lightly to crush. In a separate bowl, mash the yolks and combine with the crushed nuts. Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet, gently spread the egg-nut mixture on them and place in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. "Open" the fillet with your hands and lightly beat it, wrapping the meat in cellophane. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chicken in it until golden brown.

Lightly fry the walnut kernels in the oven or in a dry frying pan. Grind the nuts in a mortar or blender, turning them into crumbs. Peel and seed the pickles and cut the flesh into small cubes. Chop the garlic cloves with a knife or pass them through a press. Finely chop the parsley and dill.
