I propose to diversify the fish menu with a simple but hearty and aromatic dish - salmon with potatoes, cooked in the oven.
It is necessary
- 500 grams of salmon,
- 600 grams of potatoes,
- 300 ml 25 percent cream,
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- some fine sea salt
- some ground black pepper,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
- 2 sprigs of dill or parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skin and bones from the washed and dried salmon, cut into slices 5 mm thick (as much as possible).
Step 2
Put the chopped salmon in a cup, season with black pepper (if you wish, you can add sweet red pepper), salt a little and sprinkle with lemon juice, mix well with your hands. We leave the cup of fish aside.
Step 3
We wash and clean the potatoes. Cut into circles of medium thickness.
Put the potato slices in a saucepan with salted water, put on medium heat and boil for three minutes after boiling. We take out the potatoes with a slotted spoon and put them in a cup.
Step 4
Pour cold cream into a medium-sized bowl, salt, pepper, add nutmeg.
We clean the cloves of garlic, chop and add to the cream along with chopped dill, mix well. The filling is ready.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with oil. You can lubricate not only vegetable but also olive oil.
Put salmon with potatoes in the mold (in no particular order). Pour the prepared dressing on top.
Step 6
We warm up the oven to 200 degrees. Bake until golden brown (about 35 minutes).
Decorate the finished salmon with potatoes with sprigs of fresh herbs and serve.
