Cooking in a multicooker is quick and easy. I propose to cook an unusual meat soufflé with pistachios. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 4 servings.

- - chicken (fillet) - 300 g;
- - milk 2, 5% - 300 ml;
- - white bread - 2 slices;
- - eggs - 1 pc.;
- - peeled pistachios - 100 g;
- - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - butter - 20 g.

Step 1
Cut the crusts off the bread, pour the milk over the pulp, leave for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse chicken and beef fillets with water, cut into cubes. Combine the meat with soaked bread, milk, add salt and pepper. Grind the mixture with a blender until smooth.

Separate the white from the yolk. Beat the protein with a mixer until thick foam. Add a couple of drops of lemon juice.

Combine minced meat, beaten egg white, pistachios, mix well.
Step 5
Grease the bowl of the cartoon with butter. Place the meat soufflé in a bowl. Cook for 25-30 minutes on Steam. Put a piece of soufflé on a serving plate, garnish with fresh herbs and pistachios. The dish is ready!
