  • - chicken (fillet) - 300 g;
  • - milk 2, 5% - 300 ml;
  • - white bread - 2 slices;
  • - eggs - 1 pc.;
  • - peeled pistachios - 100 g;
  • - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • - butter - 20 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the crusts off the bread, pour the milk over the pulp, leave for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Rinse chicken and beef fillets with water, cut into cubes. Combine the meat with soaked bread, milk, add salt and pepper. Grind the mixture with a blender until smooth.
