  • You need: 2 egg whites,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 40 grams of dark chocolate (70%),
  • 50 grams of sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • sugar - 100 gr.,
  • A plus for glaze:
  • 10 grams of cocoa powder without additives,
  • 20 gr sour cream 10%,
  • 10 grams of water
  • 25 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of gelatin.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 100 degrees, cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

Step 2

Fry the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown - do not fry too much, otherwise the sesame seeds can become very dark.

Be sure to cool the sesame seeds! If you don't, the meringue chocolate will melt and ruin the color.

Step 3

Rub the chocolate on a fine grater. In a deep bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until crisp, add lemon juice and sugar and beat again until a shiny thick mass is obtained.

Add chocolate and sesame seeds to the proteins, mix and place 20 future bezeshek on baking paper with a teaspoon.
