Step 1

For cooking, we need butter at room temperature, so we take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line the baking sheet with baking paper.

When the butter has softened, beat it into a light fluffy cream with 150 g of sugar. Then add the egg and mix again.

Grind the anise seeds: you can crush them in a special mortar for spices, or you can pour them onto the work surface and walk over them with a rolling pin a couple of times. Add the crushed seeds to the eggs and butter, and add orange juice there. We mix.
