With tea, you always want to eat some sweets. I suggest you make oatmeal cookies with curd filling. Its delicate texture and curd filling will immediately amaze you.

- - oat flour - 100 g;
- - butter - 110 g;
- - sour cream - 100 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - sugar - 60 g;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - cottage cheese - 100 g.

Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften. Whisk 90 grams of the melted butter well, combining with sour cream.
Step 2
Mix two types of flour in one bowl. Add baking powder, that is, baking powder for the dough, to the resulting mixture, as well as salt and 20 grams of granulated sugar. Stir properly.
Step 3
Add dry flour to the butter mass. Mixing everything until smooth, you get a very soft dough for future cookies with curd filling.
Step 4
Roll many balls from the finished dough, the size of which is equal to the size of the walnuts. Send these balls to cool for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Mix the cottage cheese previously grated through a sieve with the remnants of granulated sugar and melted butter. Stir the future filling as it should.
Step 6
Remove the cooled balls and knead each until a flat cake. Place a teaspoon of cottage cheese filling on the formed layers. Then fix the edges of the cookie and shape it back into a ball shape. By the way, if you wish, you can add to the filling, for example, berries from jam or pieces of nuts.
Step 7
Put the resulting balls on a baking sheet with parchment and bake them in the oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Oatmeal cookies with curd filling are ready!
