Pancakes are a well-known and adored dish by many. Pancakes can be put on an everyday table, and on a festive one, embellishing them and adding something unusual. For example, pancakes with various fillings are successfully obtained.
For the pancakes themselves, you will need 100 g of flour, two eggs, one and a half glasses of milk (you can take skim milk - then there will be fewer calories in the dish). For frying, you need a little sunflower oil. You can come up with a great variety of fillings for pancakes. For example, you can get a healthy and tasty dish if you fill a pancake with fruits - fresh or canned.
Sift the flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. Break the eggs there and pour half of the milk. Mix everything until smooth with a mixer or whisk. Pour in a teaspoon of butter and the rest of the milk, stir everything.
Put a frying pan with a diameter of 20-25 cm over medium heat and pour oil on the bottom. Wait until it heats up, pour a ladle of dough into the pan, distribute it evenly over the surface. When the edges of the pancake become golden, turn it over and hold it a little more in a pan.
Put the finished pancake on a round plate and roll it up into a bag. You can put a mixture of yogurt and fruits in such a bag, for example, peaches, cut into pieces. Another option is to put a pancake on a plate, add a few tablespoons of yogurt with fruit to the middle and fold the edges so that an envelope is formed. Or a pancake stuffed with only fruit can be served on a plate along with yogurt.
