- • tomato - 2 pcs;
- • bow - 1 head;
- • sour cream - 200 g;
- • white wine - 0.5 tbsp;
- • wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
- • butter - 1 tbsp. l;
- • salt, pepper - to taste.

Step 1
Sauce: to prepare the sauce, sauté the flour without oil, avoiding discoloration. Then add sour cream to the flour. Bring the sauce to a boil and add salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and salt. Finely dice the onion.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain the water, peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Put butter, prepared chicken pieces in a preheated frying pan, sprinkle with onions and fry.
Step 5
When the onion turns golden brown, pour in the white wine, add the chopped tomatoes, cover and simmer until tender.
Step 6
Put the finished chicken pieces on a dish and pour over the sauce. Decorate with herbs.
