  • - 130 g flour;
  • - 90 g butter;
  • - 80 g brown sugar;

  • - 1 egg yolk;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut cold butter into small cubes, add 40 g brown sugar. Add flour, stir until crumbs, add yolk and 1 tablespoon of water, knead the dough - it should not stick to your hands. Add 1 more scoop of water as needed.

Step 2

Gather the dough into a ball, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured table. Roll out thinly enough, cut out the circles to the size of the molds in which you will prepare the tartlets.

Step 3

Divide the dough into tins, forming sides. If the molds are not silicone, they must be greased with oil.

Step 4

Rinse apples, cut into thin strips with a small strip of skin. Place the apple strips in tins on the dough, making them look like rose petals. You can take apples of different colors to make the "flowers" more colorful.

Step 5

Bake the tartlets at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, but be guided by your oven and tins. Let the finished tartlets cool, freeing them from the molds.

Prepare caramel: pour water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add 40 g of brown sugar. Bring to a boil, cook until golden brown, then remove from heat. Add a little butter, stir, return to low heat, add sour cream, stir. Cook until smooth.
