If you have some sausages in your fridge, you can make an original zucchini and sausage roll.

It is necessary

  • - baking sheet;
  • - parchment.
  • For the cake:
  • - zucchini 2 pcs.;
  • - onions 2 pcs.;
  • - chicken egg 5 pcs.;
  • - small oatmeal 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - flour 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - mustard 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - parsley greens;
  • - dill greens;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - vegetable oil.
  • For filling:
  • - sausages 200 g;
  • - hard cheese 100 g;
  • - ketchup 75 ml.
  • For decoration:
  • - hard cheese;
  • - radish;
  • - greens;
  • - ketchup.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Wash the greens, separate the thick stems and chop finely. Beat eggs with a whisk.

Step 2

Wash the zucchini, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Then season with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then squeeze them well and mix with the beaten eggs. Add onions and garlic, herbs, flour, oatmeal, salt and pepper to these. Mix the whole mass thoroughly.

Step 3

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease with vegetable oil and lay out the zucchini mass. Then flatten it so that the thickness is no more than 2 cm. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Step 4

Finely chop the sausages, and grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 5

Grease the finished cake with ketchup, top with chopped sausages and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll everything into a roll and bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on the roll 5 minutes before cooking.
