Puff cheese pie with minced chicken is a very tender, hearty and tasty dish that can be put on a festive table. Having prepared it, you will not regret it.

- - hard cheese - 400 g;
- - minced chicken - 1 kg;
- - butter - 6 tablespoons;

Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the cheese dough. To do this, beat the chicken eggs thoroughly in a separate bowl. Grind hard cheese with a grater. Add it to the beaten mass. Then put the semolina and mayonnaise in the same place. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Pour the resulting dough into different dishes, halving. Then place one part on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Preheat the oven and send this mixture into it to bake until it is covered with a light golden crust. Thus, it turned out a cake for the future puff pastry. Do the same with the rest of the test.

Cut the cooled cakes in half. Thus, there will be twice as many of them, that is, 4.

It's time to prepare the filling. To do this, put butter in a pan and fry in it, stirring continuously, chopped onions until they turn golden. Then, in a separate bowl, place ingredients such as minced meat, chopped dill, fried onions, and salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

Place food foil in a baking dish in which the future cake will be baked. Its edges should hang down. This is necessary so that in the future you can wrap the dish with it.
Step 6
Divide the filling into 3 equal parts. Lay out the dish, alternating cakes with minced meat mass. Wrap the cake with the hanging edges of the foil and place it in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the finished baked goods from the oven and do not touch for another quarter of an hour. Then remove the foil and serve. The minced chicken puff cheese pie is ready!
