  • Milk - 100 g;
  • Heavy cream - 100 g;
  • Hard cheese - 75 g;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs;
  • Black and cayenne pepper.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to prepare cheese buns for the broth. To do this, grate chilled butter on a grater with a fine nozzle. Pour flour into the grated butter. The resulting mixture should resemble croutons or bread crumbs. Add water to this mass and quickly knead the dough. Place the kneaded dough in the refrigerator for about one hour.
  2. Then you need to prepare the cheese filler. Mash soft cheese with a fork, gradually adding cream to it. Stir the mixture until a homogeneous mass is obtained from it. Then beat the milk with large eggs. Grate hard cheese with a fine nozzle, mix it with milk and eggs. Sprinkle with freshly ground black and cayenne (chili) peppers. Add the resulting mixture to the cream cheese mass.
  3. Put the oven on heating up to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough very thinly between two layers of cling film. Pour the dough into pie tins. You should get 10 pies.
