Ice cream is a dessert that is refreshing in hot weather. Along with a pleasant taste, it has good digestibility and calorie content. You can prepare a festive version of this dessert with an original raspberry or lingonberry sauce.
Raspberry Sauce Nut Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients (Serves Four):
- 400 g of fresh raspberries;
- 300 g of nut ice cream;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of liquid honey;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cream.
Sort out large raspberries, rinse, dry, rub through a sieve. Add honey and cream to this berry mass. The sauce is ready.
Arrange the scoops of nut ice cream in bowls, top with aromatic raspberry sauce. Dessert is ready to serve.
Ice cream recipe with hot lingonberry sauce
Ingredients (Serves Four):
- 250 g of fresh lingonberries;
- 300 g vanilla ice cream;
- 50 g of sugar;
- 1 orange;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of port;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice.
Sort out the lingonberries, rinse, let the water drain. Rinse the orange, pat dry. Rub the zest on a grater, cut in half, squeeze the juice. Put the lingonberries in a saucepan, add the juice and orange zest, sugar, pour in the port, boil over low heat for three minutes. You do not need to cover the dishes with a lid!
Pour the hot fruit sauce into dessert cups and place the ice cream on top with a serving round spoon.
If you are preparing a dessert for a children's table, then replace port with any fruit juice.
