Step 1
First of all, you need to prepare all the ingredients on the kitchen table. Peel and chop the eggs with a fork. The crushed eggs must be mixed with olive oil.

Add vinegar and mustard. Mix everything well. Add some sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. All ingredients can be mixed in a blender.
Step 3
Take a deep bowl and pour sour cream and pre-chopped greens into it. Do not forget, before chopping the greens, it must be rinsed well under running cool water. Greens can be chopped with a knife or minced.
Step 4
Add eggs to the mixture of sour cream and herbs and mix until smooth. The resulting mass must be removed to the refrigerator.
