- - 1 large onion;
- - ground black pepper, thyme;

Step 1
First, the mushrooms are prepared. They must be thoroughly rinsed under cool running water and dried, and then carefully cut off the legs so that the mushrooms themselves do not fall apart.

Legs and onions are chopped with a sharp knife and then fried in sunflower oil until the onions are translucent. The vegetable mass should be pepper and salt to taste, and then add seasoning to it.

After the fried legs with onions have completely cooled, they can be mixed with hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.

Dried mushroom caps should be lightly fried in sunflower oil. However, they do not have to be completely cooked. The champignons should be turned over with special care so that future "baskets" for the filling do not break.
Step 5
Fried mushrooms are laid out on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil, and then cheese filling is laid on top of them. It is necessary to bake a future tasty snack in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

You can serve mushrooms to the table both hot and cold. They can become an independent original appetizer or side dish for meat, fish or chicken.
