    • 500 g potatoes;
    • 1 onion;
    • 500 g canned beans;
    • a bunch of dill and parsley;
    • 3 tbsp flour;
    • 1 egg;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt.

Step 1

Use fresh or frozen green beans and unripe green peas. They can be harvested in your own garden or bought frozen. Boil these vegetables in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Finely chop the onion, set aside some for pancakes. It can be added to a dish raw or fried, depending on your tastes.

Step 2

Make a dressing for green vegetables. Mix vinegar and vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Chop greens very finely - parsley or cilantro. Mix in the sauce. Place the peas, beans and onions in a bowl and pour over the prepared sauce. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the remaining onions in it for 5 minutes - it should take on a golden color.

Step 3

Make some pancakes. Peel raw potatoes, grate. You need to use it immediately, before it darkens. Put the fried onions in the potato mass. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, add the egg and flour. Mix thoroughly. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the thin pancakes in it, 5 minutes on each side, or longer if you prefer a crisper option. Serve hot with the bean salad.

Make another pancake with boiled potatoes. To do this, boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them and make mashed potatoes from them with the addition of a small amount of milk. Pour the egg there, salt and pepper, mix everything. Add the sautéed onions. Form pancakes from the resulting mass, roll them in flour and fry in a hot pan.

Make white bean pancakes. To do this, chop the raw potatoes with a grater, finely chop the dill, parsley and garlic, mix everything. Fry the finely chopped onion in a skillet for 5 minutes, then add the canned beans to it and heat for another 3 minutes. Mash the mass and mix with raw potatoes. Pour flour there and pour in the egg. Fry the pancakes in a pan with a little oil.
