The most delicious stuffed pancakes are those with a sweet filling. For this, almost any berries and fruits are suitable, which do not have to be cut into pieces, but you can also mash them in mashed potatoes. A pear is best suited for such a filling, because it is soft and it is enough to pass it through a sieve to get mashed potatoes.
It is necessary
- - flour 100 g
- - egg 2 pcs.
- - milk 150 g
- - salt
- For filling:
- - pears 4 pcs.
- - raisins 2 tbsp. spoons
- - sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- - juice of half a lemon
- For glaze:
- - chopped nuts 1 tbsp. the spoon
Instructions
Step 1
Mix milk, eggs and flour, add a little salt. Grease a frying pan with a piece of butter and bake pancakes.
Step 2
Soak the raisins in a bowl of warm water. Cut the pears into slices, place them in a saucepan and simmer over low heat, adding a glass of water. The pears should be soft. Then rub them through a sieve and put them on the fire again for a few minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water from the raisins and add it to the pears along with the sugar and lemon juice. Cook the fruit for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Place the filling over the pancakes, roll them up and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
