  • - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 500 ml of boiled water;
  • - 400 g of premium flour.

Step 1

To make such a cake, you will first need ten to fifteen pancakes. You can take any recipe for the dough, but it is better on water, since there will be a lot of sour cream in the cake.

Step 2

Beat the chicken eggs in a deep bowl, you can use a blender. Add boiled water and stir. Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, some salt and stir. Sift the flour and add in small portions, stirring the dough constantly. Add vegetable oil and bake pancakes from the resulting dough in a well-heated skillet. Cool it down. Brush each pancake with melted butter.

Step 3

Wash oranges well, wipe off. Use a sharp knife to cut the zest and cut it into thin strips. Carefully cut out the orange pulp. Pour a glass of water into a small saucepan, add 200 g of sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves, add the zest and cook for another fifteen minutes. Remove and cool, add orange pulp and let it brew for half an hour.

Step 4

Whisk the sour cream in a blender. Add sugar, beat until smooth and sugar dissolves. Put the pancake on a dish, spread the sour cream on it, then again the pancake and orange syrup, and so on, until the pancakes run out. Garnish with orange slices or pulp.
