In addition to being very tempting to look at, these cookies are also surprisingly healthy thanks to the use of whole grain flour and wheat germ.
It is necessary
- For 50 pieces:
- - 180 g butter;
- - 200 g brown sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 40 g of coconut flakes;
- - 50 g of wheat germ;
- - 240 g whole grain flour;
- - 150 g of self-rising wheat flour;
- - 200 g of chocolate 72% cocoa.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, we warm up the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking sheet with baking paper or parchment, or grease it with melted butter.
Step 2
We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Then beat it with a mixer with the addition of brown sugar to the creamy mass. In a separate container, lightly beat the eggs with a fork, add it to the butter mixture and beat a little more.
Step 3
Add both flours, coconut flakes and wheat germ. We knead the dough, from which we sculpt small balls. We spread them on a baking sheet at a distance from each other and flatten them with a fork. We send it to the oven for 15 minutes. The rosy color of the cookie will serve as an indicator of readiness. Cool on the wire rack.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip half of each cookie in it. Put it back on the wire rack and wait for the chocolate to solidify. You can serve!
