The Bazooka Bubblegum cocktail was created by American bartender Eden Freeman exclusively for a female audience. The second name of the drink is “Cocktail for Glamorous Blondes”. Initially, an unusual vodka with a gum flavor was used as the basis for the drink, because the name of the cocktail itself comes from the name of pink chewing gum. Then they began to add the gum itself. This "pink" cocktail will be popular at any party.
It is necessary
- - 2 glasses of vodka;
- - 16 pcs. pink chewing gum;
- - half of the egg white;
- - a glass of ice;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of lime juice, lemon juice;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar syrup.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chewing gum into small pieces. Mix them with vodka in an airtight container (it is more convenient to mix in a shaker). Take sweet gum, you can taste strawberry.
Step 2
Close the dish / shaker tightly, put it in a dark place for a day so that the base for the drink is well infused.
Step 3
It is recommended to shake the vodka with gum every 6 hours, then the taste of the base will turn out brighter and much richer.
Step 4
After a day, strain the mixture, place it back in a shaker, add freshly squeezed lime and lemon juice, pour in the sugar syrup and add half the egg white.
Step 5
Whisk the cocktail mixture for half a minute, then pour it into a glass of crushed ice.
Step 6
You can decorate the drink with a slice of lemon or lime. The final touch is a beautiful cocktail straw and that's it - the Bazooka Bubblegum is ready!
