It's hard to imagine beer on a festive table. But you can make aromatic cocktails on the basis of beer that will definitely be appropriate at any feast! Beer cocktails are highly alcoholic, so it is not recommended to overdo it even on holidays.
Warming cocktail
Structure:
- 400 ml of light beer;
- 40 ml of bitter tincture;
- 10 ml rum;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- salt.
Beat the eggs until lather. Heat light beer, mix with tincture. Preheat cocktail glasses, pour the beaten egg into them, then the beer with tincture. Add rum, sprinkle with salt on top.
Cocktail "Perchik"
Structure:
- 400 ml of dark beer;
- 100 ml of rum;
- 10 g of ground coffee;
- 4 slices of lemon;
- pepper, salt.
Mix rum with beer, add pepper and salt to taste. Pour the drink into chilled glasses. Serve the cocktail with lemon slices on a platter and sprinkled with ground coffee.
Spicy aroma cocktail
Structure:
- 1 liter of any beer;
- 200 ml of rum;
- 100 g of granulated sugar;
- 4 eggs;
- a little cinnamon;
- salt.
Mix sugar with beer, add cinnamon and salt. Heat the mixture slightly until the sugar dissolves. Beat the eggs separately, add rum to them, pour this mixture over the beer. Chill cocktail, whisk, pour into glasses, serve immediately.
