The assortment of modern stores is now simply huge: everyone will find the product they need. Sometimes, when buying a product, you don't even think about its content and additives that can damage the body.
A little reflection on tasty
Certainly some people are very fond of citrus drinks. One of the most popular and best-selling is orange juice. It is a pity that the current manufacturers do not take the production of this delicious product too seriously. On almost every pack you can see the inscription not "juice", but "nectar". And then, is there any point in giving that kind of money if half of the pack contains only water?
The modern consumer is sometimes attracted by bright packaging, a beautiful inscription or a good advertising campaign. There are a lot of marketing moves that are used by well-known firms, ranging from discounts and ending with "1 + 1" promotions.
Very gullible buyers are "led" to such offers, not suspecting that the company only wants to sell its goods faster before its expiration date has expired.
So orange juice isn't that hard to make. The fact is that manufacturers do not think about how to produce a quality product, but about how much they will receive from this product. Of course, consumers are not very happy about this situation.
The "line" of juices that you can buy
Now in the store you can find orange juice (nectar) of various brands. The most famous of them are: "Kind", "J7", "Rich", "I", "Handsome", "My family", "Orchard" and "Tonus". Unfortunately, many of them are nectars or reconstituted juices, and even worse, they can be concentrated. Before making a purchase, carefully check the composition, expiration date and packaging (there should be no dents or cracks on it, the cork should fit snugly).
Remember that there are more vitamins in freshly squeezed juice than in such drinks.
The best option is to make freshly squeezed juice at home, since then all vitamins and amino acids will not undergo any processing, and your body will be happy. But if this is not possible, see that the composition of the purchased juice contains nothing but concentrated juice and water. Remember, if your tongue stings from him, it means that the manufacturer you came across is unscrupulous, he used citric acid. Any juice must comply with safety measures and standard requirements.
When choosing a juice, remember that there should be a minimum of additives in it. Give preference to those that contain pulp or have a high content of juice (more than 45%).
Orange juice increases the acidity of the gastric juice, so never drink it on an empty stomach. And with moderate consumption, it will have a positive effect on your health: it will raise your vitality and invigorate.
