Rosehip tea is very useful. Fruits contain more vitamin C than lemon or black currant, they also contain other vitamins - B1, B2, B6, E, K, PP. Rosehip decoction lowers blood pressure, strengthens blood vessels.

The simplest recipe for a rosehip drink is as follows: for 20 g of fruit - 5 g of lemon juice, 15 g of honey. You can combine rose hips with other ingredients - for example, take 10 g of rowan berries and 5 g of oregano leaves for 20 g of its fruits.

You can prepare a fortifying drink on the basis of rose hips: for 20 g of fruits - 10 g of bird cherry berries, 30 g of nettle leaves and 20 blueberries. Such a mixture in the amount of one tablespoon is boiled for 10 minutes, pouring a glass of boiling water, and then infused for an hour, drunk with honey.

Another fortifying mixture includes, along with 30 g of rose hips, the same amount of nettle leaves, 10 g of lingonberry leaves and honey to taste. Pour a tablespoon of the mixture with 2 cups of boiling water, you need to cook it for 10 minutes, then leave it for 2 hours in a thermos.

Other herbal teas

Herbal mixtures for tea-like drinks can be made up yourself. In this case, you need to be careful, because several herbs with a strong aroma - such as lemon balm, mint, thyme - can give a very unpleasant smell when mixed. It is better to include one such herb and several neutral ones in the mixture.

An example is recipes for vitamin teas. Such mixtures are not medicinal, they can be drunk by all people and in any quantity.

Rowan tea is prepared from dried rowan berries (30 g), raspberries (5 g), black currant leaves (2 g). Heather tea can be made from 2 g of heather leaves, the same amount of rosehip leaves, and 10 g of strawberry leaves.
