Instructions

Step 1

Pour 2 teaspoons of coffee per serving into the Turk. Pour in water. Stir the contents of the cezve. Put the Turk on the lowest heat. Do not leave the stove for a second while the coffee is brewing on it. Remove the cezve from the heat when the crema has just begun to rise on the coffee. Set the container aside for a few seconds.

Step 2

Return the Turk to the fire and remove it again when the foam starts to rise. Repeat this sequence 4-5 times. Under no circumstances allow the coffee to boil - the drink will acquire an unpleasant taste, lose some of the aroma and be spoiled.

Step 3

Pour coffee into cups. Then add sugar and stir. It is best to use brown unrefined cane sugar. It has a milder taste and a subtle caramel flavor.

Step 4

Prepare milk or cream. Pour them into a saucepan, add half a teaspoon of sugar, stir and heat over medium heat. You can do this at the same time as brewing coffee. Then the whole process of making cappuccino at home will be faster.
