We offer you a simple recipe for delicious banana and ripe berry ice cream. Its preparation does not take much time, as it is done in two simple steps. Moreover, based on this recipe, you can easily experiment, creating your own recipes and flavor combinations! Homemade ice cream is not only tasty, but also healthy, and besides, children like it very much.
It is necessary
4 ripe bananas; 200-250 gr. berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or other not too acidic); 1 teaspoon lemon juice Freezing molds. The calculation is made for 2 large enough portions
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the bananas, divide them into parts and put them in a blender. We send the berry, lemon juice to the bananas and mix all the ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous creamy mass. Subsequently, you will be able to experiment with the ingredients, volumes and, of course, the taste of the ice cream.
Step 2
Pour the resulting mixture into prepared freezing molds, decorate with crushed nuts, whole berries and put in the freezer. Depending on the set temperature of the freezer, you will need from one to several hours of freezing and the ice cream can be served.
Step 3
Place the ice cream in a pretty bowl and garnish with, for example, a green mint leaf. Bon Appetit!
