A very tasty, light and at the same time healthy salad prepared according to this recipe goes especially well with meat dishes, rice or potato side dishes. The raw zucchini in this salad has a wonderful savory taste.
It is necessary
- - young zucchini of medium size - 1 pc. (zucchini can be used)
- - fresh carrots - 1 pc.;
- - bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- - garlic - 5 cloves;
- - onions - 1 pc.;
- - sugar - 1 tsp;
- - vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- - vinegar 6% - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel vegetables. Cut the zucchini into thin slices into a deep salad bowl. For convenience, you can use a special device.
Step 2
Add thin strips of pepper and grated carrots to the chopped zucchini. It is advisable to use a special Korean carrot grater for this purpose.
Step 3
Squeeze the garlic over the vegetables and leave on top without stirring the salad. Heat the oil well in a skillet or saucepan and pour hot oil over the squeezed garlic.
Step 4
Add vinegar to the vegetable mixture and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Stir all the ingredients in the salad.
Step 5
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate. The salad should be infused and marinated for 6-8 hours. In the process of infusion, the salad greatly decreases in volume. Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.
