Ice cream is one of the most popular desserts that can be easily prepared at home. To do this, you will need a hand blender, as well as special popsicle molds made of food grade silicone or plastic.
Chocolate marshmallow ice cream
Ingredients:
- 300 g cream 20% fat;
- 100 g vanilla marshmallow;
- 50 g milk chocolate.
Preparation:
1. Crush the marshmallow with your hands or cut it into purchased pieces with a knife. Break the chocolate coarsely. Place cream, chocolate and marshmallows in a non-stick dish. Place the container on moderate heat.
2. Cook until the chocolate is dissolved, remembering to stir constantly with a silicone spatula. Try to crush the marshmallows at the same time. You should have a smooth paste.
3. Pour the chocolate-cream mixture into the bowl of a blender and beat for a few seconds at low speed until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle tins, stick the sticks in and place in the freezer overnight.
Banana yoghurt ice cream
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana;
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of thick natural yogurt;
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- sugar to taste.
Preparation:
1. Peel the banana and cut into large pieces. Place together with yogurt, granulated sugar and lemon juice in a blender bowl. Whisk until smooth.
2. Divide the mixture into the popsicle tins, stick in the sticks and place in the freezer until the mixture is completely solid.
Kiwi Fruit Ice
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe kiwi fruits;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of Multifruit juice;
- sugar to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel and chop the kiwi. Place all recipe ingredients in a blender bowl and beat until smooth at low speed. Instead of granulated sugar, you can put honey.
2. Divide the resulting mass into tins, stick in the sticks and put the dessert in the freezer until the ice cream is completely frozen.
